On line registration through our web site is a simple process of only 5 steps, before you receive final confirmation: - Registration per category: You should be to carry out up to 6 person registration per category and at the same time (Attendant or Companion person).
- Registration Review: You should be able to obtain at that moment a summary for the final charge per person, as well as the total to be paid.

For the registration fee, speakers will receive a registration module with a digitalized memory of the event and will allow them to participate in the academic activities. Such fee will also allow participants to attend all the activities of the event, work sessions, opening and closing activities, lectures, exhibits and closing party, as well as specialized visits and a certification as a speaker or attendant. Companions` registration fee includes opening and closing activities of the 15th CCIA and a Souvenir. Each
participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the
name and registration category. The registration will be activated upon
receipt of the corresponding deposit. For group registrations, companies are requested to send their request by fax (53 7 204 5956) or e-mail to info@cciacuba.com. Different payment and cancellation policies will be applied. Some personal information must be shown by students during registration process in Cuba Payment Condition: All registrations require prepayment. Event
registration rates are subject to changes except when reservations have
been confirmed. All rates are quoted in Euros. If any change involves
an increase in price/rate, payment will be required at the time of
change and the change and it will not be effective until payment is
received and confirmed. The total charge includes all services
described by registration category, as well as fees for access and
booking. Any incidental charges such as airport taxes, parking, phone
calls, tips and room service will be handled directly between you and
the supplier or property. Acreditations made directly in Cuba will be quoted in CUC Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations or changes must be received in writing to info@cciacuba.com . Once you have paid for your registration, the following cancellation policy applies: Cancellation of Registration: - Received before November 15 th, 2010: 100 % refund except EUR 20 for administration fees.
- Received from November 15 th, 2010 till November 22 th, 2010: 50% refund except EUR 20 for administration fees.
- No refund on cancellations sent after November 22th, 2010.
